 1. All fellowship and certificate courses will start on Saturday, the 1 st Aug 2009 (except the undergraduate certificate course in clinical research which will start on Friday, 24 th July 2009 ).

2. All interviews for the courses have been completed and admissions are closed. There will be no more interviews. Decision of the interview committee is final and binding. List of all selected candidates (1 st and 2 nd rounds) has been announced on www.kem.edu.

3. Selected candidates are requested to report to the Head of the department on 1 st Aug 2009 . Please submit a photocopy of your appointment order to your head of department for their records.

4. Fees for the fellowships and certificate courses (candidates from both rounds) should be paid between 27-30 July 2009 from 14 – 15.30 hours at the cash section ( College Building , Ground Floor, Next to the Dean’s office) and office of the Diamond Jubilee Society Trust (1 st Floor, College Building , Department of Pharmacology). Please see the website for the break up of fees and the 3 demand drafts to be made.

5. Selected candidates are requested to contact Mrs Prerana Nagaonkar, Office Secretary, Department of Clinical Pharmacology regarding the actual process of payment of fees, where and how to pay the fees and registering as a fellow/registering as a candidate for the fellowship/certificate course. She can be contacted on 91 22 24133767/24174420, from 9.30-4.30 Monday to Friday.

6. In the event a candidate does not make the payment of fees by 30 July 2009 , the seat will be automatically allocated on 31 July 2009 to the candidate on the waiting list.

7. Before making payment of fees, please collect your provisional selection letter from Mrs Prerana. You will need this to make the payment of fees at the cash section and the office of the Diamond Jubilee Society Trust.

8. Candidates are requested to submit a photocopy of the fees receipt to Mrs Prerana Nagaonkar. Final appointment order will be given by Mrs Prerana ONLY AFTER the photocopy of all 3 receipts are submitted. All appointment orders to be collected from Mrs Prerana on 31 July 2009 from 9.30am - 4.30pm .
