Services Offered

Besides routine trauma and general orthopaedics, the following subspecialty services are available in the department :

  1. Advanced trauma surgery.
  2. Spinal surgery including deformity correction and craniovertebral anomalies.
  3. Total joint replacement including primary and revision arthroplasty of the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow.
  4. Arthroscopy and sports medicine, including operative arthroscopy and reconstruction in the knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow, hip and wrist.
  5. Paediatric orthopaedics including congenital deformities, dysplasias and neuromuscular problems.
  6. Limb lengthening and deformity correction with the Ilizarov method.
  7. Orthopaedic oncology including limb salvage surgery.
  8. Shoulder and elbow subspecialty services.
