Location

Wards and Operation theatre: 2nd floor old building, Gynecology wing

  • 258: Male ward
  • 263: Female and pediatric ward
  • 264: Burns ward
  • 262: Operation theatre complex
  • 260: Occupational therapy room

OPD number 11, consulting rooms 1, 3, 4, multistoried building, ground floor

  • The department consists of 52 beds (40 plastic surgery and 12 burns)
  • An exclusive OT complex catering to patients from all over India at all hours of day and night. The theatre has 3 operating rooms, 3 operating tables and runs in all 3 shifts for emergency services. Routine surgeries are done 5 days a week.
  • Out patient department on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1.30pm

Services:
More than 3000 surgeries are performed every year

A) Round the clock emergency services
Maxillofacial injuries, hand injuries, lower limb injuries, acute burns in adult females, Revascularization & replantation of limbs and digits.

B) Routine Surgeries
(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

heatre complex has 3 theatres 2 for major surgeries and 1 for minor surgeries. The department specialises in cleft lip and palate, complex vascular malformations, T. M. joint ankylosis, management of absent vagina and intersex related problems, maxillofacial surgery, lymphedema, microvascular surgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, paediatric plastic surgery, orthopedic plastic surgery, ophthalmic plastic surgery, essential cosmetic surgery, correction of post-burn deformities, etc.

C) Out-patient department
OPD services are provided twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1.30 pm in ground floor, multistory building, attending to about 7000 patients in a year.
