Neuroangiography Fellowship

Clinical Fellowship in Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroangiography is available beginning February 2002.

Duration : 6/12months

Candidates should have an MD/DNB degree in Radiology Prior experience in vascular catheterization preferred, though not mandatory.

The workload includes:

Diagnostic and Interventional Procedures in year : 1000.

Aneurysmal referral in the year : about 100.

Neurovascular areas covered: AVMs (brain, dural, spinal, maxillofacial), Aneurysms, fistulas, strokes, carotid stenting, dural sinus thrombolysis, tumour embolisation, pediatric neurointervention, vertebroplasty, head and neck vascular trauma in adults and children.

Angiographic equipment: 1 biplane DSA machine with 3D facilities, BV 29 C arm DSA.

Some financial support will be provided; candidates will have to make their own lodging facilities.
